Overview
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our infrastructure migration to our new, high-performance data center in India. All web hosting accounts, databases, and emails previously hosted on our Sydney infrastructure have been securely transferred and are now fully active. This network upgrade is designed to provide lower latency, faster website load times, and improved overall reliability for your services.

Important Action Items for Clients

IP Address Updates: If you manage your domain's DNS externally (e.g., via Cloudflare or a third-party registrar), you must update your domain's A Record to point to the new server IP address. Please check your inbox or spam folder for the email titled "IMPORTANT: IP Address Update Required for Your Website Hosting" for your specific IP details.
Automated DNS: If your domain is already pointed to Foxnett's default nameservers, our team has handled this routing for you, and no action is required.
DNS Propagation: Please be aware that DNS IP changes can take up to 24 hours to fully propagate across global internet providers.
cPanel Access & Caching: If you recently logged into your cPanel dashboard and could not locate certain features (such as the LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager), please ensure your IP has updated, log out, clear your browser cache entirely, and log back in.

Recent Resolutions
During the final synchronization phase today, some clients may have experienced temporary "Module Command Errors" when attempting to log into cPanel directly through the client billing area, or noticed brief incorrect status tags. The server permission links and synchronization between the new server and the billing portal have been fully restored and stabilized.
